Market of Kids operates as a wholesale supplier. Orders are placed for commercial resale purposes and are treated as business-to-business transactions.
No returns, exchanges or refunds
All confirmed wholesale sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not issue refunds for change of mind, unsold inventory, customer preference, size selection, colour selection, seasonal changes or changes in market demand.
Order confirmation and cancellation
Before confirming, the buyer must review the models, colours, size series, quantities, prices and delivery details shown in the written order summary. Confirmation or payment makes the order final; cancellation is not available after that point.
A concern with the delivered order
If the delivered goods materially differ from the written order confirmation, contact your sales advisor promptly and before the goods are used, displayed or resold. We will review the order records and the information provided. This review process does not create a general right of return, exchange or refund.
Shipping and buyer acknowledgement
Shipping damage, delay or loss is handled under the terms of the selected carrier; our team can assist with available shipment records. By confirming or paying for an order, the buyer acknowledges and accepts this wholesale policy.
Nothing in this policy limits any right or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded.
